Check out Are You Narcissistic Enough To Achieve Your Goals? I'm reposting a link to this this Forbes article because it echoes a lot of what I am seeing in my current Leadership program. Certainly not all, but a lot. For example, we recently went through a 4 hour unit on conflict resolution and management in which not a single person in the class managed or resolved a single conflict.
