I read an excerpt from the Martha Stout book, The Sociopath Next Door, a couple of months ago in Psychology Today. Fascinating stuff. I've also really been enjoying a lot of material coming from the various blogs and newsletters from Forbes lately. What/who are you reading?
Check out Are You Narcissistic Enough To Achieve Your Goals? I'm reposting a link to this this Forbes article because it echoes a lot of what I am seeing in my current Leadership program. Certainly not all, but a lot. For example, we recently went through a 4 hour unit on conflict resolution and management in which not a single person in the class managed or resolved a single conflict.
